EUGENE, OR -- The front-end of Saturday’s Emerald City-hosted doubleheader in Eugene, OR featured Rose City’s Heartless Heathers against Emerald City’s Andromedolls. The home team Dolls have won the last three Emerald City season championships.
BROOMFIELD, CO - Taking each other on for the first time in their storied histories, the Kansas City Roller Warriors faced the Rose City Wheels of Justice in a bout anticipated to be a closely-contested affair. The fans at 1st Bank Center were not disappointed as the first half saw five lead changes, ending with a 62-58 lead for Rose City.

The crowd, which numbered in the thousands, was electric as these heavyweights battled to stay alive in the road to WFTDA Championships.
The second straight week of the WFTDA regional playoffs begin on Friday in Portland, OR; Rose City hosts the Bridgetown Brawl. Games begin at 10:30am Pacific on Friday, September 23rd and conclude on Sunday with the championship at 5:30pm Pacific.
FEASTERVILLE, PA -- Rose City (#5 DNN, #4 West WFTDA) became the first team to take down Philly (#7 DNN, #2 East WFTDA) during an ECDX event in Friday's marquee game. Philly came into the bout with an 8-0 lifetime record at their venerable tournament and kept it close for the first 20 minutes, but was on the wrong side of a halftime-spanning, 23-minute-long shutout.
FEASTERVILLE, PA -- #5 Rose City gave #3 Gotham a good first-half battle to trail by just 16 points at 54-38 at the break, but the tough New Yorkers adjusted well for the second half and won it by a considerably larger margin (93-41) to win the first WFTDA-sanctioned bout of ECDX 2011 by a final of 147-79.
