MADISON, WI -- In a early-season clash of local teams from Madison and Chicago, the Unholy Rollers faced off against the Windy City Rollers’ Manic Attackers on Saturday, January 14th -- the 2012 debut of interleague action in Madison.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Columbus’s Ohio Rollergirls boosted themselves into ninth place to finish off their run at WFTDA North Central Regionals with an upset win over sixth seed Madison’s Dairyland Dolls, 138-118.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Following a Friday where all the higher seeds scored victories, Saturday’s opener at Monumental Mayhem featured a second half meltdown by mid-pack seed Madison, allowing a Chicago Outfit team experiencing its inaugural trip to the WFTDA playoffs to keep its goal of a fifth place finish in the North Central intact.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Monumental Mayhem’s third bout of Day One featured third-seeded Minnesota against sixth-seeded Madison. Madison had finished top-three in their region in both 2009 and 2010, but Minnesota sent notice to the rest of the North Central Region that they were worthy of being sent to back to Championships with a 218-81 win over Madison.

The fourth and final WFTDA regional playoff tournament of 2011 begins on Friday in Indianapolis, IN, as the Naptown Roller Girls host the North Central's edition of the weekend, Monumental Mayhem. Games begin at 9am Eastern on Friday, October 7th and conclude on Sunday with the championship at 6:20pm Eastern.

BALTIMORE, MD -- Although Madison came into this game as significant underdogs, they mostly held their own against hosting Charm City – for the first half. After falling into a big hole in the first jam, Madison hung tough to be down by a not-insurmountable 45 points at the break.

MILWAUKEE, WI -- In their three previous sanctioned meetings, Madison’s Dairyland Dolls have dominated in-state rivals Brewcity, winning each time by over 100 points. Still, it had been 20 months since they last met at Brawl of America. With new faces on both benches, history would be no guide to their face-off in the Brewhaha’s final bout.

MADISON, WI -- On Saturday night, Naptown’s Tornado Sirens (officially #6 in the North Central via WFTDA, unofficially #17 in the nation via DNN) dominated first half action against Madison (#4 NC WFTDA, #25 nationally DNN), grabbing 15 of the first half’s 23 lead jam opportunities.
