With the second quarter WFTDA rankings period closing at the end of the month, June's bouts represent the final chances for teams to solidify their seeding for the September and October regional tournaments -- or claim an invite by breaking into their region's top ten.

GRANDVILLE, MI – The Chicago Outfit (#21 nationally via DNN, officially #5 in the North Central via WFTDA) got their 2012 season off on the right foot, but not without a tough challenge from Grand Raggidy (officially #11NC). The Grand Rapids team was within 7 points with 10 minutes to play, but the Outfit pulled away in the final stretch to triumph 127-101.

ST. LOUIS, MO – On Saturday in the “Show Me State,” the Gateway City’s best on quads made their closing argument for inclusion in the WFTDA North Central tournament come October.
