This time, however, Denver was able to hang on for a very hard-fought and narrow 171-152 victory, managing to get a modicum of revenge for their 2010 elimination from Westerns at the hands of Bay Area.

The second straight week of the WFTDA regional playoffs begin on Friday in Portland, OR; Rose City hosts the Bridgetown Brawl. Games begin at 10:30am Pacific on Friday, September 23rd and conclude on Sunday with the championship at 5:30pm Pacific.
