EUGENE, OR--The MRDA's Capital City Skull Crushers of Boise, ID and the Phoenix Rattleskates of Phoenix, AZ collided in Eugene, OR on Friday evening.

EUGENE, OR--The Deep Valley Belligerents (MRDA 14) overpowered London's unranked Southern Discomfort 208-159 in the first international men's roller derby bout at the Big O.

EUGENE, OR--Despite a strong start by Silicon and multiple lead changes in the first period, the Terminal City Roller Girls (WFTDA 39) overtook the Silicon Valley Roller Girls (WFTDA 101), 200-162 on the first day of the Big O Tournament in Eugene, Oregon.

EUGENE, OR--When both team had jammers on the track, Arizona (WFTDA 29) and Sin City (WFTDA 53) appeared more closely matched than either their rankings or the final score of this game suggest, but Sin City was able to capitalize on a 10:2 jammer penalty advantage to take the win 211-130.

EUGENE, OR--The Drive By City Rollers from Los Angeles battled the Uinta Madness from Salt Lake City at The Big O in on Friday at 4pm in a competitive, exciting but unsanctioned game. De-spite being penalty heavy late in the game the Drive By City Rollers dominated with a win against the Uinta Madness, 240-171.

EUGENE, OR--The first bout of the Big O tournament on Friday at 2:30p.m. between the Sick Town Derby Dames (WFTDA 127) and Slaughter County (WFTDA 93) certainly set the tone for what would prove to be an exciting weekend of derby.

EUGENE, OR--There was a lot of hype leading up to this game between the two highest ranked teams playing at the Big O, and the match up between Sacred City (#20 DNN, WFTDA 27) and Wasatch Roller Derby (#24 DNN, WFTDA 20) did not disappoint.

BLOOMINGTON, IN--After Arch Rival’s 251-189 victory over Bleeding Heartland Saturday, fans in attendance at BHRG’s Cardiac Arena were best served getting their blood pressures checked. The WFTDA-sanctioned bout was marked by numerous scoring surges and eight lead changes.

GENT, BELGIUM--The final game of Skate Odyssey was contested between the second-seeded Berlin Bombshells and many people's pre-tournament favourites, the third-seeded Tiger Bay Brawlers.

GENT, BELGIUM--The third-place game saw the sixth and eighth seeded teams play off for third. The lower-ranked Helsinki posted an upset win to take third after a dominant performance in a bout they led from the second jam, 229-153.
