BERLIN, GERMANY--The first semifinal of Track Queens: Battle Royal was the third bout of the second day, and saw a rematch of the most lopsided bout in WFTDA history--London's 667-18 demolition of Auld Reekie earlier in 2012. While the result was never in doubt, it was clear from the very first jam it wasn't going to be as much of a blowout this time around.
BERLIN, GERMANY--An increasingly raucous crowd cheered on the second bout of the second day of Track Queens in a bout that was as much of a nailbiter as many of the bouts on day one. BERLIN, GERMANY--After the first three games had all resulted in upsets, Stockholm started their bout against Glasgow with reason to worry about the tournament six seeds--but while a 73-4 run from Glasgow towards the end of the first period showed they had reason to worry, it was the Swedes who ended up comfortable 205-134 winners after a dominant second-half display.

ATLANTA, GA – The favoured Gotham squad will defend the WFTDA Championship tomorrow following a 221-120 win over Denver. ATLANTA, GA -- Bay Area returned to Championships for the first time since 2010 aiming to survive the first round for the first time, with Philly looking to find the sort of form that guided them to 4th place that same year. ATLANTA, GA -- In the second bout of the WFTDA Championships opening round, 2NC Minnesota got revenge for a late-second unsanctioned loss against 3SC Kansas City with a 96 point win, 244-168.
