Next for the NY Shock Exchange
The NY Shock Exchange is playing the Harm City Homicide during halftime of the Charm City Championships on Saturday, Oct. 17th.
Good Times
Thanks to DNN for the coverage and Hambone for braving the double header solo, nice work!
Great game all around. Thanks to GSR for hosting (and having such a nice floor) and NYSE for keeping us on our toes.
Unfortunately, the curse of the Dirty Dozen still stands. Our twelfth (Lemmy Adam) wrenched his knee in the line of duty and was unable to play.
Next up for PVRD's Western Mass Destruction is a bout against Providence Roller Derby's Killah Bees on October 17 at the Rhode Island Convention Center, Providence.
The boys of the Dirty Dozen do not have any more scheduled games in 2009, but we are working on Men's Derby Conference 3. The event will take place March 27 & 28 of 2010 at PVRD's new practice facility in Northampton, MA. Check out www.mensderbycoalition.com for more info.
Thank you

Excellent Bout Casting
Wanted to put some kudos out there to Hambone. I was there and this is both an instructional AND entertaining boutcast. You're just filled with awesomeness here. Thank you for covering our bouts.
Thanks Hambone and DNN
Amazing job Hambone. Thanks for the great coverage! And congrats to NYSE - you guys played a great game.
aww shucks
Thanks Pioneer Valley and to the GSR hosts -- text boutcasting with no video, no audio, and no texting partner is really harrowing! Not recommended for the weak of heart... then again, no one's trying to knock the snot out of the boutcaster, so who's the real heroes here? Skaters, of course. And, as I wrote at the time, big thanks to Trickster and Punk You for their 'spotting' help. And thanks to all who tuned in for a late-night derby fix, even after a full day of Southern Smackdown derby leading up to it.
Thank you!
I can't think of a better first bout of the season for me (after an 8 month hiatus and a pesky knee injury). What a great time, I'm still feeling the effects of all those crazy falls I took. Many thanks to the GSR girls, who put up one hell of a fight, and NYSE..who are just so damn entertaining to watch, and super athletic to boot.
Thanks Hambone for the great coverage! I agree with Bitches--it was very informative!
