DNN Cub Reporter Moose Ondaluce enlists the help of league announcers to capture interviews with skaters from the Dallas Derby Devils, Tucson Roller Derby, Rose City Rollers, Denver Roller Dolls, Rocky Mountain Rollergirls, Houston Roller Derby, and Duke City Derby.

Denver is the only team in this year's Western Regionals that wasn't among the original 30 founding WFTDA leagues. Their low seed gives them the toughest test of the opening round, but they're not new to facing down high-level opponents.
