Brewcity Announces Brewhaha Schedule
MILWAUKEE, WI -- Hot on the heels of last week's ECE schedule announcement, the Brewcity Bruisers Friday announced the matchups and schedule for this year's inaugural Midwest Brewhaha, taking place May 22 and 23 in Milwaukee. The two-track, 20-bout event features 11 WFTDA Sanctioned and 6 WFTDA Regulation bouts, many with potential WFTDA tournament seeding implications.

We misspelled "Grand Raggidy" the wrong way.
Damn, Hurt. You're supposed to change the "d" in "Raggidy" to a "t," so that it reads "Grand Raggity" (sic). Leaving off the "y" is a rather disappointing misspelling. Amazingly hardly anyone ever changes the "i' to an "e." I think I've seen "Grand Raggedy" on some flyer art somewhere on the web.
Does anyone in the league keep a tally of misspellings of your league name?

I would keep a log of how many different ways "Fox Cityz Foxz" is misspelled, but usually the misspellings make more sense than the real spelling. The "Cityz" part is plural, however -- there is no "Fox City" as such, it's a bunch of small cities in the Fox River Valley referred to collectively as the "Fox Cities" ((a la "Twin Cities" etc.)). Er, i mean, "Cityz." I regret the error.

I always get a good laugh when announcers are like, your Grand Rig-it-t Roller Girls. We still call Bette Mangler, Betty Mangles after some pronunciation fun a few years back. This is all in perfect timing as I might take a turn on the mic for the awesome ladies of GRRG. Hopefully I can get it straight, or recall some of the funny things GRRG has heard over the years :)
